BookReview: THE CLERGYMAN’S WIFE (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) by Molly Greeley

A few years into her marriage to sensible and socially awkward William, Charlotte is finally settling into life as a clergyman’s wife. As was common during this time period, she married for comfort and security rather than love. But when she meets Mr. Robby Travis, a local farmer, her heart pitter patters for the first time. Does he return her affections? And, if so, will they act on their feelings despite her marriage vows?

I was drawn in by the lovely prose and the end brought tears to my eyes. Fans of Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen will love catching a glimpse of beloved characters, Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy.
