FAR FROM THE TREE (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) by @robinbenway from @harperteenbooks!

Grace, Maya, and Joaquin are not your run of the mill, typical siblings. They share the same mother but at ages 15, 14, and 17 respectively, they all live with a different family and just met each other.

Oh my heart. First of all, let me say that since my mom was adopted, my heart ached during much of this book. I felt so much love and compassion for each of these characters and their experiences. I love how it explored all sides of adoption, while also focusing on the strong bond between siblings. And, oh my gosh, the beginning! I was drawn in from the very first pages when a teen pregnancy was revealed and nearly devoured the entire book in just one day. This powerful and heart wrenching story had alllll the feels… but it also made me laugh out loud several times.

Lastly, I’d highly recommend this one for fans of the TV show, Long Lost Family!
