Fingers down probably the most DELICIOUS dinner I’ve had in a very long time 🤤
I made flatbreads!!
After seeing a recipe for them on @alexskitchenstory I’ve been itching to provide them a go and to my shock they had been tremendous simple, fast and completely yum 😍
I stuffed mine with caramelised onion @lisashummusnz, tomato, cucumber, roast pumpkin, olives & a tzatziki dressing made with @anchornewzealand protein Greek yoghurt
I halved the recipe and it made 6 flatbreads:
– 200g Flour
– 200g Greek yoghurt
Mix these two components, begin by utilizing a mixing spoon then begin to knead along with your fingers till a dough types. Separate into 6 equal balls. Sprinkle flour onto your counter or chopping board, a bit additional on every dough ball and flatten out as evenly as potential with a rolling pin. Fry in a pan with some olive oil for a pair minutes on one aspect and approx. 30 seconds on the opposite and voila – you’re accomplished!
