Maple roasted 🥕’s w/ dukkah, maple tahini drizzle, pistachios & pomegranate seeds
What you’ll want:
• Child carrots
• Maple syrup
• Further virgin olive oil
• 1 Tbsp. Dukkah (or simply rub in your favorite spice/spices)
• Salt and pepper
Tahini maple drizzle:
• three Tbsp. Hulled tahini
• 2 Tbsp. Maple syrup
• Pinch of salt
• Almond milk or water to skinny
Pre-heat oven to 210 levels Celsius and line a tray with baking paper.
Unfold carrots out on the tray, drizzle over sufficient oil and maple syrup to coat, then rub in spices and s&p. Place tray within the oven for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, chop nuts and make drizzle by combining tahini, maple, salt & milk/water in a small bowl.
Take away carrots from oven, switch to a serving plate and high with drizzle, nuts & pomegranate seeds ❤️
