⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sisters Kate and Lauren meet for Sunday lunch every week without fail, especially after the loss of their father. But a knock at the door is about to change everything. A young woman by the name of Jess holds a note with the results of a DNA test, claiming to be their half sister. As the fallout starts, it’s clear that they are all hiding secrets, and perhaps this family isn’t as perfect as it appears.
This book was really good! I love Sandie Jones and all of her books have been so addictive. This didn’t disappoint. The story kept me gripped from the beginning and I found the characters very engaging. I did, however, find the ending a bit disappointing. There wasn’t really any huge twist or big surprise. The book also ended on a cliffhanger which I really don’t like. But the rest of the story was excellent and I would definitely recommend it.
