Tá méasú tagtha ar líon na mná sa pholaitíocht. Tá an-dul chun cinn déanta ag na mná i gcúrsaí polaitíochta. Ach, níor mná iad ach 10% díobh siúd a shuigh ar bhord na comh-aireachta in Éirinn le beagnach 100 bliain. Níl sé ach 19 mná. Ach, cén fáth. Níl mhuintir na hÉireann gnéasaíoch, i mo thuarim. Tá an fhadhb ríshoiléir, feictear domsa. Níl na páirtithe polaitíochta an fháilteach do mhná. Lucht aitheantais atá ann. Tá suim agam sa pholaitíocht, agus tá sé brónach nach bhfeicim níos mó ban sa Dáil. Tá sé tábhactach ann chun cinntí á dhéanamh. Nuair a dhéanann fir na cinntí go léir, déantar neamhaird ar riachtanais na mban. Tá súil agam go mbeidh níos mó ban ag dul isteach sa pholaitíocht. Tá athrú ag teastáil, go háirithe, meon. Is ceannairí iad mná, is comhionannas an rud a theastaíonn. Tá cearta na mban an-tábhachtach dom. Tá a lán obair a dhéanamh sa réimse search engine marketing. Ach, tá sé ró-thábhachtach gan labhairt faoi. Tá an leabhar search engine marketing an-tábhachtach. Leabhar a chuirfeadh rudaí ar do shúile duit a bhí ann. Bhí an leabhar an-dúshlánach a léamh. Mná, tá do ghuthanna tábhachtach. Deirtear linn nach féidir le mná go léir é a bheith acu. An iarraimid air search engine marketing fir? Cén fáth go n-iarrtar ar mhná cothromaíocht a fháil idir an teaghlach agus an baile, ach ní iarraimid ar fhir search engine marketing? Ní mór dúinn an dóigh a bhfeicimid mná sa pholaitíocht a athrú. Nuair a fheictear bean le leanaí sa pholaitíocht iarraimid conas a thabharfaidh sí aire dá páistí? Conas a bhainisteoidh sí cúram leanaí? Nuair a théann worry le leanaí isteach sa pholaitíocht, ní mheastar é search engine marketing fiú. Ní mór dúinn cease a chur leis search engine marketing. Léann an leabhar search engine marketing, mas é do thoil. I ndeich mbliana, tá súil agam go bhfeicfidh mé dail chomhionann. Le do thoil, spreag na mná i do shaol dul isteach sa pholaitíocht, má tá spéis acu. Déanaimis athrú ar an mbealach a fheicimid mná ag dul isteach sa pholaitíocht, agus spreagfaimid ár bpáirtithe polaitíochta a bheith níos cairdiúla do mhná.

  1. The number of women in politics has increased. Women have made great progress in politics. However, women are only 10% of those who sat on the cabinet table in Ireland for almost 100 years. It is only 19 women. But, why. The Irish people are not sexist, in my opinion. The problem is obvious, it seems to me. The political parties are not welcoming for women. It is an old boy’s club. I’m interested in politics, and it’s sad that I don’t see more women in the Dáil. It is important to have women involved in making decisions. When men make all the decisions, women’s needs are ignored. I hope more women will enter politics. Change is required, in particular, a change in attitude. Women are leaders, what is required is equality. Women’s rights are very important to me. There is a lot of work to do in this area. It is too important not to talk about. This book is very important. It is an eye opener. The book was very challenging to read. Women, your voices are important. We are told that women can not have it all. Do we tell men this? Why are women asked to strike a balance between family and home, but we do not ask men? We need to change how we see women in politics. When we see a woman with children in politics we ask how will she look after her children? How will she manage childcare? When a man enters children into politics, this is not even considered. We must stop this. Please read this book. In ten years, I hope to see an equal dail. Please encourage women in your life to join politics, if they are interested. Let’s change the way we see women entering politics, and encourage our political parties to be more female friendly.
